Pěstování tulipánů Joser zvládnou hravě i naprostí začátečníci bez předchozích zkušeností. Jelikož vám domů dorazí krásně veliké cibule prvotřídní velikosti 12/+, máte naprosto skvělý základ pro úspěšné jarní kvetení. Před samotnou výsadbou je nezbytné uchovávat cibule na suchém, chladném a temném místě, aby nezačaly předčasně rašit. Ideálním obdobím pro jejich výsadbu je podzim, konkrétně měsíce září, říjen a listopad, kdy okolní půda pomalu chladne. Vyberte pro ně slunné stanoviště nebo polostín s dobře propustnou, hlinitou a na humus bohatou půdou. Těžké a trvale zamokřené půdy nejsou pro pěstování vhodné, protože v nich mohou cibule zbytečně trpět nebezpečnou fusariovou hnilobou.\n\nPři samotné výsadbě ukládejte jednotlivé cibule vždy špičkou nahoru, a to do hloubky 10 až 15 centimetrů. Aby na záhonu naplno vynikl jejich ohromující vzhled, kdy se krásně mísí žlutý střed s fialovými a bílými okraji, doporučujeme sázet je do těsnějších skupin. Dodržujte proto spon 10 až 15 cm, což v praxi odpovídá zhruba 100 zasazeným cibulím na jeden metr čtvereční. Po zasazení půdu mírně zalijte, protože tulipány vyžadují střední zálivku a dostatek podzimní vláhy podpoří jejich rychlé a pevné zakořenění. V průběhu růstu v žádném případě nevyžadují umělou oporu ani složité zaštipování, jelikož spolehlivě rostou do výšky 30 až 45 cm zcela samostatně.\n\nNásledně na jaře, především během dubna a května, se můžete s jistotou těšit na pestrou záplavu barev. Tulipány Joser jsou mimochodem vynikající k řezu do interiérových váz, kde opravdu dlouho vydrží svěží. Po odkvětu je naprosto nutné nechat zelené listy přirozeně zežloutnout a zaschnout, aby si cibule stáhla všechny potřebné živiny zpět pro další sezónu. Jedná se sice o krátkověkou trvalku, ale díky velmi vysoké mrazuvzdornosti až do -34 °C tuhou zimu přečkají naprosto bez problémů a bez nutnosti speciálního zimního krytu. Během pěstování si dejte pozor jen na typická houbová onemocnění, jako je šedá hniloba, a nebezpečné viry mozaiky. Tou nejlepší prevencí je vždy vzdušné stanoviště a správně propustná půda bez trvalého přemokření.
