Thyme Silver King

A groundcover variety of thyme that immediately catches the eye with its yellow-green variegated leaves. From June, pink flowers will complement the color palette. In addition to its characteristic scent, another plus of this thyme is its winter appearance. Due to low temperatures, the entire plant changes to old rose tones.

Aromatic thyme with light purple flowers and small leaves. It stands out with an intense fragrance and responds very well to pruning. It is easy to shape and perfectly suited for container growing.

Gaura is a clump-forming perennial native to Texas and Louisiana. In our climate, it behaves more like a short-lived perennial. It combines beautifully with grasses and adds lightness and airiness to flowerbeds. It is an excellent food source for insects. Tiny, butterfly-like flowers bloom tirelessly from June until the first frosts. For bouquets, we harvest as soon as the first two to three flowers open on the stem. Siskiyou Pink is a beautiful variety with rose-red flowers on slightly arched stems. Less hardy than white-flowering varieties. The red-spotted leaves are also interesting.

A valuable garden and medicinal perennial, native to North America. It blooms in summer with dark purplish-pink flowers. The spiky flower heads are an irresistible magnet for butterflies. Lasts 7–10 days in a vase. After the petals are picked, the stems with the central heads can be dried or used in fresh bouquets as an interesting element. Rubinstern is very similar to the Magnus cultivar; the petals are darker and firmer. As they fade, they gradually lighten and bend downwards.

Italian Strawflower is a popular aromatic plant. In addition to its fragrance, it also captivates with its silvery foliage. Perfect for combining with drought-tolerant perennials and herbs.

An undemanding and modest perennial that blooms with a large number of small flowers. It flowers for a record long time throughout late summer and autumn. It forms smaller, compact, airy bushes that emit a minty, spicy fragrance. The thyme-like flowers attract bees, bumblebees, and butterflies. It will look good among roses and in naturalistic steppe beds, perhaps with lower grasses. This Marjoram is generally taller. Unlike other Marjorams with felted leaves, it stands out for its record-breaking flowering duration, stiff and shiny leaves, and also a larger number of flowers that do not form seeds and are therefore maximally durable. It is sometimes sold under the cultivar name 'Triumphator'.

Hyssop, similar to lavender, is classified as a low woody subshrub. It can be used in similar types of plantings, with roses or in gravel beds of a steppe character. It also has culinary and medicinal uses. A great attraction for bees, bumblebees, and butterflies. Sweet pink flower color.

Thyme with a cushion-like growth habit and a fresh lemon scent. Perfect for growing in containers. Suitable for herb gardens and more delicate drought-tolerant perennials.

Oregano is an ancient medicinal plant that, in modern gardens, functions perfectly as a reliable partner in drought-tolerant perennial communities. Its culinary use is widely known and Italian cuisine lovers especially cannot do without it. In aromatherapy, it is considered the essence of good mood and harmony. The 'Hot and Spicy' cultivar is known for its intense spicy flavor. It will also attract bees and butterflies to your herb garden.

Brunnera is a long-lived perennial native to the mountain meadows and forests of the Caucasus. It is interesting not only when in bloom. The leaves are large, heart-shaped, and light green. They form a contrasting background for the delicate and small flowers that appear above the carpet of leaves from April to May. It sprouts early and retracts late, making it a valuable groundcover perennial.

A Mediterranean herb, not only useful but also beautiful. It blooms with a profusion of tiny white flowers. It attracts bees and butterflies. It forms small bushes, similar to thyme. And its use is the same. It is suitable for Mediterranean cuisine, enhancing legume and vegetable dishes.

Mints are well-known perennials and herbs, used in floristry as fragrant greenery. This popular tea mint has fresh green leaves and delicate purple flowers.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) originates from the Mediterranean region and North Africa, where it grows wild in dry, rocky, fully sun-exposed habitats. In the Mediterranean, it is cultivated for its aromatic essential oil and as an ornamental plant used for slope stabilization and hedges. In our climate, we most often grow it as a potted plant that can be moved indoors, or for hardier varieties, we can try growing it directly in a protected garden bed. Hishtil Perigord is a fast-growing variety with grayish-green leaves and blue flowers.

We grow this sage for its velvety, deep green leaves, which find their use in the kitchen and in tea blends. To maximize the aromatic content of the leaves, we remove the flowers. The leaves have a special marzipan aroma.

A classic perennial for early summer bouquets and cottage gardens. For bouquets, we harvest flowers with firm, smooth central discs. They will then last 7–10 days in a vase. 'Maikönigin' is an exceptionally free-flowering garden form.

A beautiful, though rather short-lived, perennial, ideal for steppe areas alongside delicate xerophilous grasses and perennials. For bouquets, harvest when approximately half of the flowers in the inflorescence are open. It lasts about 5 days in a vase. An exceptional cultivar with flowers in peach and apricot tones, transitioning to an elegant old rose as they fade.

Dochany pochází z východní Asie, kde rostou na loukách a ve světlých lesích. Tvoří polokulovité trsy úzkých listů, které se na podzim, stejně jako květy ještě vybarvují. Jsou vhodné do vázy i k usušení. Kultivar Hameln patří mezi nejspolehlivěji kvetoucí v chladnějších oblastech. Květenství mají zpočátku jemný růžový nádech, pak se přebarvují do žlutohnědé až červenohnědé.

Chrastavec makedonský je bohatě a dlouze kvetoucí nenáročná trvalka. Jeho divoká forma pochází z Balkánu, kde roste na loukách a v křovinách. Red Knight v záhonech okouzluje štíhlými vysokými stonky, které nesou tmavě vínové květy. Hodí se do přírodně pojatých slunných až polostinných záhonů a do lučních kytic. 

An original wild perennial with a large distribution area from Europe to Siberia. Suitable for natural and wild plantings. It grows in meadows and dry grassy areas. A very adaptable and undemanding plant, it grows in clumps and spreads by runners. Cutting it back after the first bloom will encourage new flowers. For bouquets, harvest when the flowers are fully open. It lasts 10 days in a vase.

A beautiful lower grass, valued for its early sprouting and long-lasting foliage well into winter. The flowers are rather inconspicuous, beige, and appear in green clumps later in summer and autumn. The leaf color is bright green. A great combination with species such as savory, gaura, or oregano.

Lady's mantle naturally grows in mountain pastures and meadows, and in mixed forests. It is ornamental both in leaf and flower. The leaves have fine hairs, giving the plant a velvety character. It is a perennial sought after by ancient alchemists for the dew drops that appear in the leaf fans. Valuable for florists for its abundance of tiny greenish-yellow flowers. A Lavandula x intermedia cultivar with elegant white flowers. It is the tallest of the white-flowering lavenders and belongs to the species cultivated for valuable oil, used in cosmetics and food processing. It can thrive well in our conditions too. It is valuable for its robust habit and long flowering period, which occurs about two weeks later than varieties of Lavandula angustifolia.
