Oregano Compactum represents an ideal choice for the sunny and drier corners of your garden. The original species come from rocky hillsides, so it is accustomed to modest conditions and will appreciate poorer, well-draining soil in full sun. It does not require complex care, avoids pests, and resists severe frosts. We will deliver a well-rooted seedling in a pot ready for planting in the flowerbed. During the summer, it forms a flood of tiny pink flowers that attract plenty of pollinators. It works excellently in gravel plantings alongside drought-tolerant perennials, where it creates dense green carpets, especially if you plant the seedlings about twenty-five centimeters apart. Both the green leaves and flowers are edible and form the aromatic base of many dishes. Dobromysl Compactum dodáváme jako silnou sazenici, kterou můžete ihned vysadit na trvalé stanoviště. Pro úspěšné pěstování je naprosto klíčový výběr správného místa. Tato aromatická bylinka miluje plné slunce a horká stanoviště, kde se bude nejlépe rozvíjet její vůně i kompaktní tvar. Půda by měla být spíše chudá, suchá a hlavně velmi dobře propustná, ideálně s příměsí písku nebo drobnějšího štěrku. Těžkým a jílovitým půdám se vyhněte, rostlina by v nich trpěla přemokřením. You will receive a grown seedling in a pot from us, which you simply transplant directly into the garden at your chosen spot. It will thrive best in full sun with humus-rich and well-draining soil, where it has adequate watering.
In the garden bed, it grows to a height of around forty to sixty centimeters and forms fresh green, distinctly aromatic leaves. These are popular for their unmistakable culinary use, where they enrich many recipes. During June and July, tiny white flowers arranged in delicate umbels appear above the clump of leaves.
